Guests Attending the Event

Q: Do I need to register for the event?
A: Yes, registration is required this year. You will choose a time slot to attend Toys for Joy drive-thru.

Q: How can I get a toy for my child?
A: Toys are available for children ages 0-11 who are present at the event. There will be a free box of groceries and fun for the whole family to enjoy from your vehicle. 

Q: How will this distribution event comply with COVID safety guidelines?
A: We have been working closely with the County Health Department to diligently follow all rules and regulations to ensure the safety of our attendees and volunteers.

Donations & Sponsorship

Q: How do I do a toy drive at my work or school?
A: Please see our Toy page for ways to donate to the toy distribution.

Q: Is my donation tax-deductible?
A: Yes! You will receive a donation letter in January that you can use for your taxes.

Q: How do I spread the word to help Toys for Joy serve even more guests?
A: Thank you for your helping heart! Please feel free to share our Sponsor page with anyone you think may be interested.

Volunteers Serving at the Event

Q: Can my children volunteer with me at the event?
A: Due to the size and activity happening at the drive-up event, all volunteers must be 18 years and older. 

Q: Do I have to stay for the whole day or can I volunteer for a few hours? 
A: There is a lot going on at the event so we ask that volunteers please stay for the duration of the time required. If you can only volunteer for a few hours, consider volunteering in Set-Up or Teardown as the hours are shorter. 

Q: I cannot volunteer anymore, who do I contact to cancel? 
A: We understand life happens and not everyone will be able to serve. No need to contact us – please be in prayer for the event. If you have your email confirmation form from when you registered, please follow the link to cancel your registration.
